Biography

I am a PhD candidate and lecturer at the Institut de Technologie du Cambodge (ITC), affiliated with the University of Namur, Belgium, under the ARES program, currently undertaking a research stay in Namur.

My PhD research examines the performance of the QUIC transport protocol over Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) and Delay-Tolerant Networks (DTN), with a focus on deep space communication links. Using the picoquic implementation, I have conducted large-scale experiments—over 3,000 trials—analyzing timeout behavior and protocol resilience under extreme latency conditions.

At ITC, I lecture on Human-Computer Interaction, Cyber Crime and Security Enhanced Programming and Network Security .

My research interests include network protocols, cybersecurity, and digital forensics, alongside experience in systems administration and full-stack software development.
