The Department of Information and Communication Engineering (GIC) at ITC was established to respond to Cambodia's rapidly accelerating digital transformation. We train engineers with strong competencies in computer systems, software engineering, network architectures, and cybersecurity.
Department History & Legacy
The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) was founded in 1964. Over the decades, through strategic international partnerships with the French government, European Union Erasmus+ frameworks, and Japanese JICA programs, GIC has grown into the leading hub for high-level technological training in the region.
