I am a Master’s candidate in Information and Communication Engineering at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC), specializing in Knowledge Graphs during my master's research internship in Belgium. With 4 years of software development experience and 3 years of academic teaching expertise to date, I currently serve as a Developer in the SMIS Team at ITC, where I bridge full-stack development, database architecture, and higher education instruction.

In my role at ITC, I maintain and optimize key institutional systems, including the Student Management Information System (SMIS), ITC Portal, Research Management Information System (RMIS/RIC), and the EU Online Application system using PHP, Laravel, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments. My broader technical toolkit includes JavaScript, React, Python, and MySQL. Alongside system development, I provide hands-on technical support, including user training and assistance during student registration and enrollment periods. As a Teaching Assistant for the past 3 years, I mentor students in foundational computer science subjects, including Informatics, Computer Architecture, and Compilation.
