BOU Channa received his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) in 2016. He then pursued his Master's degree in Software Engineering for two years at Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University, Thailand and obtained his Master's degree in 2018. He was also a part-time teaching assistant in Python lab for one year during his study at SIIT.

He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering (GIC) at ITC. He has been teaching in GIC since 2018.

Teaching courses: (1) Algorithm and Programming, (2) Data Structure and Programming, (3) Natural Language Processing, (4) Image Processing, (5) Programming Design and Implementation, (6) Object-oriented Programming (OOP)

Research interests: term extraction, computer vision, design pattern and machine learning.
