UNESCO, 2018-2019 (18 months) (belong to MoEYS and MoLVT) 

• Providing an e-learning based alternative education to out-of-school youth at lower secondary level to help them complete basic education – equivalent to grade 9
• Preparing them with good knowledge and skills for decent employment opportunities
