NOU Sotheany is a lecturer in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering and working in E-learning center of Institute of Technology of Cambodia. He got his degree in Computer Science from Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) in 2015. In 2017, he graduated his Master degree from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), Thailand in major of Computing in Engineering System.

Research interest: Image processing for traffic monitoring, machine learning.
