Phutphalla KONG is a PhD candidate at Université de Mons, Belgium and also a researcher at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, Cambodia. He received his engineering degree in computer science and communication in 2010 and his MSc in Computer Graphics at Chung-Ang University, Seoul, South Korea in 2012. His current PhD research work focuses on visual attention, predicting human gaze in images by using both classical and deep learning method. He has started to teach at ITC since 2012 on IT field.
