Base conversion system using GTK

A tool for base conversion was developped. A user can convert numbers in any source bases (2, 8, 10, 16) to any destination bases (2, 8, 10, 16). The user is first required to input numbers in any preferred source base then select the destination base. Finally, the user clicks the button "Convert" in order to convert the input numbers into the selected destination base.
